Ingredients
1 – 2 lbs pulled pork BBQ
1 bag of tortilla chips
1 6- oz can of sliced black olives
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1 TBSP finely chopped green onions
Small can sliced jalapeños (optional)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 TBSP chopped cilantro
salsa
sour cream
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
in a large casserole (oven-safe) dish, spread out the tortilla chips into one layer, with chips overlapping.
Spread pulled pork BBQ evenly over the tortilla chips.
Sprinkle red onions evenly over the nachos, then follow with black olives and the green onions. If using diced jalapeños,add them now.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Cook nachos in over for 3-5 minutes, just until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro or chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with a side of salsa and sour cream.
