INGREDIENTS:
2-3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet of ranch dressing mix (or your personal desired amount I sometimes add 2)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
1 Cup of Milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup sliced green onions
French's Crispy Onions for Topping to sprinkle on top
You can either serve on Buns, Mix with your favorite Pasta, or you can also do this as a dip and add some Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce!
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook 2-3 Pounds of Chicken then shred it after it is fully cooked.
In a medium to large sized pot add your cream cheese, ranch packet(s), shredded cheese, milk, and cook on medium heat until it turns into a nice smooth creamy texture.
Make sure you also have your bacon fully cooked and green onions diced to use as your topping. (you can also mix the green onions and crumbled bacon into your ranch cream cheese mixture as well).
Add your shredded cooked chicken into your cream cheese ranch sauce and stir.
You can serve this mixed with your favorite pasta, or place it on some slider buns, or regular hamburger buns. It is also great as a buffalo dip by adding Frank's Hot Sauce to it or your favorite buffalo wing sauce!
If you decide not to add the Crumbled Bacon, Green Onions, and Crispy Onions in your ranch cream cheese sauce you can now sprinkle all that goodness on top of your delicious cracked chicken on crack!
