2 oz Cream Cheese
2 1/2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4-6 slices of cooked bacon bits (I prefer air frying bacon then cutting them into bits)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
4 Tablespoons of kerrygold butter
4 garlic cloves, finely minced or you can also use pre-minced garlic
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped and you can also use dry parsley as well.
DIRECTIONS
1. To make this bread you can use a regular bread pan but I used a Silicone Bread Loaf Pan with Swirl Design. I sprayed lightly with avocado oil spray
2. Preheat your oven to 400ºF 3. Melt Mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl for approximately one minute in the microwave. Then mix well with a spatula until smooth texture. 4. Combine with the melted mozzarella and cream cheese your eggs, baking powder, almond flour, italian seasoning, parmesan, and bacon bits. Mix really well until smooth. 5. Place your combined keto bread ingredients in your chosen bread pan evenly. 6. Bake your bread for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. 7. In the meantime, combine minced garlic, chopped parsley, and kerrygold butter in a small bowl. 8. Brush generously over your baked garlic butter parmesan cheesy keto bread with the garlic butter sauce.
