Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
6 oz Pepperidge Farms StoveTop Stuffing mix
1 cup water
2 TBSP A-1 Original Steak Sauce
4 oz cream cheese
3 minced garlic cloves (or bottle prepared)
3 cups hot mashed potatoes
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup Heinz HomeStyle Savory Beef gravy
bacon crumbles (optional)
How to Cook it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, stuffing mix, water, and A-1 sauce.
Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray, then press beef mixture into 12 muffin cups
Bake 20-25 minutes (make sure you have an internal temperature of 160 degrees)
Add cream cheese and garlic to the mashed potatoes (real thing or instant cheat – pick your poison). Stir until cream cheese is melted than add the parsley.
Serve mashed potatoes on top of the meatloaf muffins and top with hot gravy.
