INGREDIENTS:
*I recommend doubling this recipe! It is sooooo GOOD!
1 cup almond flour
2-4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon of avocado oil
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel Seasoning. For this specific recipe I use Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning. Highly recommend!
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325° F.
In a medium sized bowl mix all of your ingredients listed above to make a dough. NOTE: If you don't have the Everything Seasonings you can also make your own. Just mix equally your dried seasonings such as salt, minced onion, minced garlic, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and/or other desired seasonings. Mix together and use 2 tablespoons into your dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray, and place the dough on top.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out until it's about ¼ inch thick. This dough will not rise it is a flatbread. Shape the dough the best you can into a rectangular shape.
Using a knife or small pizza cutter lightly slice into pieces but make sure it is not to cut all the way through.
Place in the oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Cooking times may vary so make sure to keep checking.
Remove from oven and then let it cool before breaking a part.
